Settings Guide
Each card below opens a focused setup page. New users usually start by checking categories, locations, departments, users, and assignees in that order.
1
Set up structure first. Review categories, locations, departments, and roles before entering large amounts of data.
2
Check people records. Users and assignees should be complete so assignment fields auto-fill correctly later.
3
Use Super Admin controls carefully. Those pages affect rules and permissions across the whole system.
